• Account: your name and email address from sign-in.
• Shipping: recipient name, phone number, full address, city, province, and postal code.
• Order: the items, sizes, quantities, prices, and order history tied to your account.
• Payment confirmation: the method you choose and any proof of transfer you send us.
• Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus basic logs (IP, device) used for security and rate limiting.

Your information is used only to confirm and ship your order, calculate shipping cost to your address, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and send order-related updates. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell or rent it.

Crite Industri uses manual payment. You transfer to our published bank account or e-wallet and confirm via WhatsApp — we only ever receive the payment method and your proof of transfer. We never ask for, see, or store your card number, PIN, or OTP. Where a payment gateway is used, card details are handled by the gateway directly and never reach our servers.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you authenticated and your cart intact. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Clearing cookies will sign you out.

We share data only with the partners required to fulfil your order: our shipping couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat) to deliver your parcel, and — where applicable — a payment gateway to confirm a transaction. We may disclose data if required by Indonesian law.

Order and shipping records are kept for as long as needed for support, returns, and legal or tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to remove your account data earlier — see your rights below.
