By placing an order with Crite Industri you agree to the terms below. They're written to be fair and clear — read them before you check out.

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. Product prices, subtotal, shipping cost, and the final total are always calculated and confirmed on our server at checkout — the amount you pay is the amount we compute, never a value sent from your browser. We may correct genuine pricing errors and, if an order is affected, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel it with a full refund.
Submitting an order creates a pending order; it is not yet a binding sale. Your order is confirmed only once we receive and verify your payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example on suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
All items are subject to availability and stock is reserved only after payment is verified. In the rare event an item sells out before your payment clears, we'll contact you to arrange an exchange or a full refund.
We use manual payment: transfer the exact order total to the bank account or e-wallet shown on your order, then confirm via WhatsApp. Pay the exact amount so we can match your payment automatically. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after the payment window expires, releasing any held items.
We ship across Indonesia via JNE, J&T, and SiCepat. Shipping cost is calculated from our warehouse to your destination and shown before you pay; orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free. Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and aren't guaranteed. Risk passes to you once the courier marks the parcel delivered.
You may cancel an unpaid order at any time before payment. After payment, size exchanges and returns are handled under our Return & Exchange policy.
We stand behind our products against manufacturing defects. To the extent permitted by law, Crite Industri is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indonesian consumer law.
